I make these Jewelry Organizers out of wood panels and lots of great vintage things. I paint them with an Acrylic paint done with an Acrylic Pour Painting technique that leaves each one with a unique finish that I cant stop looking at. Each one has a world of design in the paint patterns and no two are alike. This jewelry holder is a piece of functional artwork made for jewelry storage and jewelry display.
Rustic Modern Style 16" X 12" Wood panel with chain and vintage barbwire serving as the earring holders. The 19.5 " choyo cactus hanging from two cains at the top, functions as the bracelet and necklace holder. Three old bent nails serve as hooks for hanging necklaces from the bottom. Comes ready to hang.
These are items that I have found and upcycled into this functional piece of art. The barbed wire was found in an old bucket at an antique store in Colorado where I spend half my time. The choyo cactus came from my yard in New Mexico where I spend the other half of my time.
Makes a great gift because don't we all have a pile of unorganized jewelry in a box? This way once everything you have is hanging, you can actually see what you own! I'm wearing earrings I forgot I even had, and each day I look forward to picking out something to wear rather than the same earrings I was wearing everyday before I hung my jewelry organizer.
